High frequency vibration motor winding short circuit how to return a responsibility?

High frequency vibration motor in the operation process of winding short circuit, this is what causes it? How can we solve this problem? Today, I will explain the causes and solutions of winding short circuit of high frequency vibration motor.
First of all, the main reasons for the fault are: the high-frequency vibration motor current is too large, the power supply voltage changes too much, single-phase operation, mechanical bumping, poor manufacturing, etc.
Secondly, what is a winding? Winding is an integral part of motor. Aging, damp, heat, erosion, foreign matter invasion and impact of external force will cause damage to winding. Overload, under voltage, over-voltage and phase loss operation of motor can also cause winding fault. Winding fault is generally divided into winding grounding, short circuit, open circuit, wiring error.
Now explain the fault phenomenon, causes and inspection methods
Winding short circuit
Due to the excessive current of the motor, excessive variation of the power supply voltage, single-phase operation, mechanical bumping and poor manufacturing, the insulation damage is caused by winding turn to turn short circuit, winding inter winding short circuit, winding pole to pole short circuit and winding phase to phase short circuit.
1. Fault phenomenon
The uneven distribution of the magnetic field of ions and the unbalance of three-phase current make the vibration and noise of the motor increase. When it is serious, the motor can not be started, and a large short-circuit current is generated in the short-circuit coil, which causes the coil to heat rapidly and burn out.
2. Causes
  The motor is overloaded for a long time, resulting in insulation aging and loss of insulation function; insulation damage is caused when wiring is embedded; insulation breakdown is caused by insulation resistance drop caused by damp winding; insulation damage occurs when insulation materials of end and interlayer are not well padded or reshaped; insulation of end connecting line is damaged; insulation is broken down by overvoltage or lightning stroke; insulation damage is caused by friction between rotor and stator winding end; metal foreign matters fall There is too much oil in the motor.
Winding grounding
1. Fault phenomenon
The motor can't run normally because of the electrified shell, out of control circuit and short circuit heating of winding.
2. Causes
The results show that the insulation resistance decreases due to the damp of the winding; the motor operates with overload for a long time; the harmful gas corrodes; the metal foreign matter invades the winding to damage the insulation; the insulation damages the iron core when rewinding the stator winding; the end of the winding touches the end cover base; the friction between the stator and the rotor causes insulation burn; the insulation damage of the outgoing line collides with the shell; the overvoltage (such as lightning strike) causes insulation breakdown.
3. Inspection method
(1) observation. Check whether there is any damage to the insulation of the winding and the grounding point by visual inspection.
(2) multimeter check method. If the reading is very small, it is grounded.
(3) megohmmeter method. According to different grades, different megohmmeters are selected to measure the insulation resistance of each group of resistance. If the reading is zero, it means that the winding is grounded. However, if the insulation of the motor is affected by damp or breakdown due to accident, it needs to be judged according to experience. Generally speaking, when the pointer swings at "0", it can be considered that it has a certain resistance value.
